BOURNEMOUTH BECKONS FOR SONS AND DAUGHTERS
In news that had other sevens' sides quaking in
their pathetic boots, the Sons and Daughters of
Serevi are breaking new ground this season by
appearing at the Bournemouth Sevens on 23th and and
24th May.
As big to the rugby world as The Beatles emerging
from respective graves (and fading limelight) to
play Glastonbury, Bournemouth Sevens organiser
were clearly ecstatic at the agreement of both
sides to appear. 'We're clearly ecstatic,' enthused
Sir Evi, event organiser. 'If they didn't
appear we'd have to had to settle for Wasps or
Gloucester or the All Blacks or something. It
would've been a big letdown for fans if they didn't
make it.'
Officials at the Sons and Daughters camp were also
very excited about the event. 'We're very excited,'
said Chief Stickler, Sons' Chairman. 'Oh. My. God.
I. Am. Like. So. Excited,' said Zoe Jeanes, joint
club captain of the Daughters. 'Whatever Zoe,' said
Isia Storey, the other captain. 'Don't I get quoted
in this?' asked Baldy Mead, Sons' President.
